1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been shipped or processed. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Returns & Refunds

We offer a return and refund policy under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
